How to Get to Tilburg
Destination:
Tilburg is located in the southern part of the Netherlands, between the cities of Breda and ’s-Hertogenbosch (Den Bosch). The city is well connected by train, car, and nearby airports.
By Flight:
There is no airport in Tilburg itself, but the city can easily be reached from several international airports:
· Eindhoven Airport (EIN) – 35 km / 30 minutes by train or car
Best option for most European cities (served by Ryanair, Wizz Air, Transavia, etc.)
· Amsterdam Schiphol Airport (AMS) – 110 km / 1.5 hours by direct train
Frequent intercontinental and European flights
· Rotterdam The Hague Airport (RTM) – 80 km / 1 hour by train (via Rotterdam Central)
· Brussels Airport (BRU) – 120 km / about 2 hours by train (via Antwerp)
By Train:
Tilburg has three train stations: Tilburg Central (main station), Tilburg University, and Tilburg Reeshof.
From the airports above you can reach Tilburg easily:
· From Schiphol Airport: direct train to Tilburg Central (approx. 1h 30min)
· From Eindhoven Airport: bus 400 or 401 to Eindhoven Central, then train to Tilburg Central (approx. 1h)
· From Brussels Airport: train to Antwerp, then to Tilburg Central (approx. 2h)

By Car:
Tilburg is located near the A58 motorway (Eindhoven–Breda) and can be reached easily from the A2 (Amsterdam–Maastricht) or A16 (Rotterdam–Antwerp).
Parking is available at various public car parks in the city center and near the Fontys university campus Stappegoor.
