Conference Fees

The 2021 EUROGEO Annual Meeting and Conference will be organised in April 2021 in Madrid, Spain.

Conference Fees:

Payment for the conference must be made by the deadlines – note that it is not possible for us to take payments for the conference fees at registration.

** Participation in the Annual meeting of members includes the payment of one year membership fee, this fee is only for members who have already paid their membership fee for 2021

Notes:

  • Receipts will be issued at the conference.
  • All payments including those for the EUROGEO dinner (for partners, students) and also the fieldtrip will be taken online. There will be no fee payment option at conference registration, except by specific arrangement. Contact the EUROGEO Treasurer if you need to do this.

Refunds:

  • Conference fees can be refunded until February 20th 2021, minus an administration fee of €50.
  • No refunds of conference fees are possible after February 20th 2021.

Receipts / certificates:

  • Receipts of payment and conference certificates will be issued at the conference.

The conference will start on 22 April 2021 and conclude on April 23 2021. A optional field visit to Toledo will be available on 24 April 2021 as well as a free visit to the Madrid Science Museum.
