Introducing barriers to implementing the Cloud in education |
Leaders and managers need clear insights if they are to make informed decisions. Their perceptions about the future of education and the lack of information about Cloud Computing affect this. Unfortunately, in education, there has been little attention paid to Cloud-adoption or e-leadership so the relative advantages are not clear. In most countries there is no central policy, nor action research or advice for leaders and managers to support positive decision making. These guidelines respond to this and introduce other potential external barriers like security, legislation and internal barriers like staff development
