Spatial Citizenship (SPACIT) Project

 

EUROGEO is a partner in the recently approved Spatial Citizenship (SPACIT) Comenius Multilateral Project led by Z-GIS at the University of Salzburg, Austria. The SPACIT Project will develop teacher training materials and organise courses for teachers on the theme of Spatial Citizenship. SPACIT develops and evaluates online modules for teacher education / in service training for use across a variety of subjects and distributes these to institutions involved in teacher training.

 

The first meeting of the project will be hed in Landau, Germany in January 2012.
