What is EUROGEO?

EUROGEO as an association was set up in 1979 with strong support from the European Commission. Members from national association formed a European association to represent the views and opinions of geographers in different European countries to the EU . The assoiciation has had participatory status at the Council of Europe sonce 1989. EUROGEO has established its legal home in Belgium as an International not-for-profit organisation.
