Conference 2018 sessions

Conference Submission for the 2018 Meeting

When you register you can submit abstracts for sessions, paper presentations, panels, posters and workshops

Paper sessions normally have 3 or 4 presentations around a common theme. The session convener is responsible for making sure the session abstracts are submitted.

If you submit a session proposal, you will need to ensure you have 3 or 4 presenters who are confirmed and they register online with their abstracts for your session.

Papers: Paper presentations normally are for a maximum of 12-15 minutes and then there is time to allow discussion and questions. Submissions are evaluated and approved / rejected and participants are encouraged to pay the conference fees by the deadline.

Posters: these are normally A1 or A0 in size and we invite authors to digitally share these online at the time of the conference. Specific times will be provided for posters at the event.

Workshops: these are longer sessions (normally 75-90 minutes) with practical hands-on activities. Computer-based workshops should be organised as BYOD (Bring Your Own Device). Delegates will be invited to share their materials and resources online through the conference site.

Panel: Submit your panel under paper sessions. If you wish to organise a panel session, then please make sure your invited panelists are all registered at the time of submission.

You should ensure they have paid their conference fees by the deadline set.

Details of some proposed sessions will appear here soon.

Submission deadline extended to: 7 February 2018. Early bird deadline is now over.
